Booking Policy
A $60 deposit is required upon booking for new clients and new sets. (Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set).
The deposit must be sent immediately after booking to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not sent appointment will be cancelled.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded
The deposit can be set true Zelle, Venmo or Cash app
We do not accept payments by debit or credit card.
By making the deposit payment, you agree to adhere to all of D'lash policies.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Here at D’lash Pro Studio we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
No shows, reschedules and cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee to compensate the loss of the spot.
Late Policy
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 10 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy.
Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
Makeup Policy
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Please arrive on time or 5-10 minutes early to find parking.
If you anticipate being late, kindly inform in advance. There is a 10 minute grace period, but lateness exceeding this may lead to the appointment being canceled, subject to availability, and the deposit will be non-refundable. If has availability, an additional charge of $25 per 15 minutes late after the grace period will be added to the remaining balance for overtime work to complete the appointment.
Come to the appointment with no makeup or skincare products on your face to ensure proper lash application and retention.
Ensure your lashes are clean and free from oil, mascara, and liner.
Avoid caffeine before the appointment to ensure a comfortable experience.
The remaining payment must be made in cash only at the end of the service.
For fill appointments, if less than 40% of lashes are intact, a full set charge will apply. Please be prepared for this possibility.
D’lash Pro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel service in case of breach of contract, failure to comply, policy violations, discrimination, harassment, dishonesty, theft, violence, being under the influence, or any other inappropriate behavior.
